These terms govern your use of our services and the booking process

Welcome to Utsava Tours and Travels. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Utsava Tours and Travels.

1. Definitions

"Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Utsava Tours and Travels.

"Customer", "You", or "Your" refers to the person or entity making a booking or using our services.

"Services" refers to vehicle rental, transportation, tour packages, and other related services offered by Utsava Tours and Travels.

"Website" refers to www.utsavatravels.com and any associated web pages.

"Booking" refers to a reservation of our services made by a customer.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, via email, or in person at our office. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Advance Payment

A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the commencement of the service.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received the advance payment and issued a written confirmation via email or text message.

2.4 Booking Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including contact details, pickup location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to bookings@utsavatravels.com or through our website.

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund of the advance payment.

- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 75% refund of the advance payment.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund of the advance payment.

- No-shows: No refund will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation by Company

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver illness, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events. In such cases:

- We will notify you as soon as possible.

- We will offer you an alternative vehicle, driver, or date, subject to availability.

- If no suitable alternative is available or acceptable to you, a full refund will be issued.

3.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

4. Service Terms

4.1 Vehicle Allocation

While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle requested, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle in case of unavailability or mechanical issues with the originally booked vehicle.

4.2 Driver Services

All our vehicles come with a professional driver. Customers are not permitted to drive our vehicles.

Drivers will follow the agreed itinerary and schedule. Any changes to the route or schedule must be agreed upon by both the customer and the driver/company.

For outstation trips and multi-day tours, customers are responsible for the driver's accommodation and meals.

4.3 Vehicle Usage

Our vehicles are to be used only for the agreed purpose and route as specified in the booking.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

Customers are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to violations requested by them.

4.4 Luggage and Passenger Limits

Each vehicle has a specified passenger and luggage capacity, which must be adhered to for safety and legal reasons. Exceeding these limits may result in service denial or additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Price and Inclusions

The quoted price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, and basic amenities as specified in the booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for toll taxes, parking fees, interstate permits, driver accommodation for overnight trips, and any special requests.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, and cash.

For online payments, we use secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

5.3 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed except for any additional services requested by the customer.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Company Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all our vehicles as required by law.

Our liability is limited to providing the agreed transportation services in a safe and professional manner.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, extreme weather, or natural disasters.

6.2 Customer Liability

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused to the vehicle by them or their accompanying passengers.

Any damage to the vehicle interior, fittings, or equipment caused by the customer will be charged to the customer.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
